Basket

My first acquisition and a gift from Christie (Marshall) Grothe when we were in school in Fort Worth. If I recall, she bought it in Tennessee. Few things feel worse than the handles of these bottle cap baskets, prompting the question that keeps arising regarding these objects . . . Why?
